  Granted the dress looks as good as new however I will NEVER be going back there.

  In general the staff are lovely but the owner/manager has always been aggressive and rude. This was exemplified when I took back 2 suits where they didn't clean them properly. When I went back the staff allowed me to get them re-done complementary as they hadn't informed me that they didn't clean them before I took them home. However the owner said that I would have to pay more and made it out to be my fault that I hadn't brought them in in time and that I was lying about when I had dirtied the suits. He made what is meant to be a simple process extremely uncomfortable and as a result of him I would never go back/ever recommend anyone to go to them again.

  it was only when We had enough of waiting and that we wanted to take it back that they STARTED the cleaning processes. WHICH THEY DID IN LESS THEN A WEEK!

  Took for ever to get the dress, no communication telling us the dress ready to collect, we have to call and ask for it, it suppose to be boxed owner said he will get a small box that never happen, when we said we don't need it to be boxed that will take another few weeks, he just charged us what ever he can come up with coz we said we don't need it boxed, very rude and come up with excuses. only after the money zero customer service, never recommend to anyone, should checked the review before we took the dress.

  I've been using top cat to clean my suits somewhat regularly over the last couple of months and have always been impressived. The staff are always polite and courteous.

  Very unhappy! It took 11 months to get my wife's wedding dress back! We called every month for an update and we were always told that it was close to being ready...

  If you want to get your wedding dress dry cleaned, be prepare to wait for a long time. They keep promise that it will be ready soon. I ended up waiting for 6 months. This place is unbelievable.
